Refund & Dispute Policy

Thank you for joining our trading community. Please review this Refund & Dispute Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and works alongside the refund framework provided by Whop.


1. Digital Product with Instant Access

Our Services are digital, subscription-based products delivered immediately upon purchase. This includes access to our private Discord channels, live voice-chat trading sessions, trade callouts, educational content, and community resources. Once Discord access is granted, the Service is considered fully delivered.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital access and immediate delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Lifetime memberships
  • Any promotional, discounted, or bundled offers

Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law, or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

3. Trading and Performance Disclaimer

All information provided through our Services is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and individual results vary. Refund requests based on trading losses, missed trades, or dissatisfaction with trade outcomes will not be granted.

4. Subscription Management

Subscriptions are managed through Whop. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Community Rules and Access Removal

Violations of our Terms of Service or community rules — including sharing access, redistributing content, screen-recording live sessions, harassment, or abusive conduct — may result in removal from the community without refund.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us at support@owls.capital before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you and Whop to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and to pursue recovery of amounts owed, including collection costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

7. Platform and Technical Issues

Temporary outages, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party platforms (Discord, Whop, your internet connection, or your device) do not qualify for refunds. We work to restore access as quickly as possible when issues occur.

8. Legal Exceptions

Where applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you a statutory right to a refund or a cooling-off period that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are preserved and will be honored regardless of this Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The refund terms that apply to your purchase are those in effect at the time of purchase. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
